Photo Contest
Contestants from all over the Coulee Region submit photos that are on display for three days of Fest. Trophies, gift certificates, and honorable mentions are awarded in every category. Photos are displayed at the La Crosse Public Library from September 24–26th, 2011 Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of Fest Week. Awards are given Sunday, September 25th, 2011 at 3pm.
