La Crosse Oktoberfest
was named by the
national newspaper as
one of the top 10 places
worldwide to toast
Oktoberfest.
``It's wonderful,'' said
1999 Festmaster Rollo
Taylor. ``It's good
publicity for us. The
reason Oktoberfest is
there is it's a
community celebration
and a compliment to the
community.``
